Terry Wolfgram is so Fantastic!! I spoke with Terry a few days ago requesting to have 5 dead Star Jasmine plants removed. He came over to my house to look at these plants and to take photos. Two days later they were removed! Wow, I'm so impressed with how quickly Terry resolved this issue! He is a great asset to the Desert Resort Management team & myself. My company had work to do for a homeowner in Associa Desert Resort Managements HOA. We failed to get the proper approval to do the work, and were in a very difficult position to meet needed deadlines. Carol, the head of the HOA approval board could not have been nicer and more helpful for us to finish the work needed for the homeowner there as rapidly as possible.
