My husband and I have been hitting dead ends and walls for years in this crazy real estate market. We have been looking for a place to call our home for a long time now. For months I would vent to my friends about how discouraging the buying process was. Amongst my friends, sat Samantha who happens to be a realtor. Samantha took it upon herself to help us find the perfect home. She was committed and spent many days and hours sending us listings until she found our perfect fit. She helped us negotiate a great price ($40k under asking) and closed the deal after many uphill battles that were completely out of her control. It’s rare you find an agent who will make the home buying process as important to them as it is to you when searching for the perfect place to put down your roots, especially in this market. Sam was always the reassuring force that reminded us that everything would work out and to trust the process. Beautiful home with all amenities, except toilet paper. We just assumed that would be provided, since there wasn’t anything stating to bring your own. The home was conveniently located close to all Cape May has to offer.

We stayed a week at 402 Oak St. lovely home with new furnishings and every convenience you can think of. Nice quiet street. Central location. Super easy to bike anywhere. Would highly recommend!

227 Beach Ave unit 803 is a great place to stay. Have been staying here for years. Great location with awesome views of the beach and ocean. However the bed in the primary bedroom could stand an upgrade.
