I highly recommend DePalma Realty. . When it came time to sell a house I owned in Millville, I wanted a Realtor who really knew and understood the area. That’s why I choose DePalma Realty. Larry has been selling real estate in Millville for as long as I can remember and has a track record of hundreds (Thousands?!) of sales behind him. You don’t stay in business for decades without making your clients happy.

Also, I knew Larry from his service on the Zoning Board so I also knew he was dedicated to helping make the community a better place to live. Since this was a second house I was selling, and I was staying in the neighborhood, that was an important consideration for me.

Overall I could not be more pleased with the service provided by DePalma Realty. From the initial meeting down to the settlement, Larry was with me every step of the way, staying on top of everything that needed doing, helping negotiate with the buyers and using his network of resources to make sure that all of the moving parts, including all of the certifications and things that needed to be done to ensure we passed all of the inspections got done reliably, economically and on time.

And he had the patience to deal with a nervous customer like me who had not sold a house in nearly 40 years!

I would not hesitate to recommend DePalma Realty to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property in the South Jersey area.
