If I could rate Shannon Wilkolaski 10 stars, I would. Working with her was such a pleasure. Absolutely one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to about a rental . No wonder it’s still vacant and dropping in price . Never go to rent it when the fee goes to such nasty people !! I’m just saying !

DenVal Realty should be your 1st and only stop when you're looking to either buy or sell your home. Dennis and his team, especially Shannon are top notch. Dennis has the experience the drive and the relationships in place to ensure your transaction goes exactly the way you want it to. There is no better team in the area. If a problem does arise they know how to fix it when to fix it. They are the best. I highly recommend this agency

I purchased a home recently with DenVal realty and from the stories that I’ve heard from others, I must say, I had one of the best experiences purchasing a house ever. Dany Lourenco was excellent, and Mr. Valvano explained everything that was a part of the process to where I could understand it and make it relatable! I would absolutely recommend anyone trying to buy a home to go through DenVal realty!!!
