The resident portal is nice and the maintenance request system was reliable. They responded quickly to requests and the owner himself was involved and responsive in multiple repairs and replacements. Only warning is don't expect to get your deposit back. You will need to hire professional services inside and out to get the place up to acceptable levels. Take them up on the move-out inspection (our schedule didn't allow for this) so they can point everything out that needs to be fixed. If they have to do any of it themselves, their charge will be extravagant.

Unprofessional employees and lack of transparency it appears they only want to collect application fees! Upon checking their site we located a property that fit the profile of what we were looking for. We made the decision to apply as the area is in high demand and it was just listed. We plan to move within the next 5 weeks but we are not local. So we needed to get the process going ASAP. There was nothing stating the property needed to be viewed onsite first. I called the next day to check status of application and was told I didn’t view the property in person yet so my application would not be processed! However you collected my application fee and nothing during my payment process required me to confirm I viewed the property. Doesn’t make much sense to me, however I mentioned we’d be in town next week and she stated I can call back in two days as they would be providing tours of the property starting that day for the first time. If possible I can view the property when I’m in town. So, I called back two days later and guess what they approved an application. When I asked for my fee to be reimbursed they said that they don’t normally do that even though they didn’t process my application. They didn’t offer to move it to another application or if I had any interest in other properties NOTHING! How can I not be led to believe you don’t just want to collect fees from applicants, if it’s not stated the requirement is to view the home before applying and you never suggested I look for an alternate property on the site to tour?
Suggest you state the actual requirements for applications to be processed on your website and be more transparent about the requirement to view the property onsite.

Never received a call back regarding my reimbursement request either. Just took $60 for nothing!
