I was a bit skeptical at first since advertised as no cost for a 1031 exchange. I had a very informative discussion/interview with Daniel before we decided to go with Deferred.com. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. This was my first time doing a 1031 exchange so I researched the process very carefully. The process was almost exclusively online. Very easy platform to use. All transfers happened on time and without delay. I would definitely use them for doing a 1031 exchange without hassle.

I didn’t decide to do my exchange but Dian took great care of me leading up to closing. I would use Deferred again for my actual exchange. It was very easy and informative. Dian was available when I needed to talk things through and she pointed me in the right direction on matters she couldn’t advise me on legally. She handled all the back end things with title.
