This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Amanda T. was super helpful in identifying the vehicle we were looking for and breaking down our options. I filled out the credit application online the day before, scheduled an appointment, and was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. Devin M. was great in helping with the paperwork and setting up the new vehicle. We love our civic and will definitely be back for more business in the future!

Excellent service and great costumer service. This is my third purchase here and I wouldn't go to any other place. Armando and Jordan gave me the most wonderful, hassle free, and peaceful experience. I met with Freddy a few times. He was friendly and helpful. I made an appointment to meet with him last Saturday. He helped me get the car I wanted. He was understanding and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable purchasing my vehicle. I’ve been in the market, for this specific car, for a while now. Other dealerships gave me negative vibes and just tried to pull things over on me. Obviously it didn’t work but at DCH, I didn’t feel that way at all. Everyone was super helpful and kind! Definitely go see Freddy! He’s such a nice man and really works with you! Very positive car buying experience!

Brought the car (2018 Honda accord 1.5L) in originally for a simple noise and some lights on the dash not allowing me to use some features In the car like cruise control. Originally I stated the noise is probably the dust shield for the brakes hitting the rotor as the ticking noise would increase speed wile the vehicle would increase speed. They did not listen to my recommendation on what the noise might be at all and they told me it was the front struts. So not questioning the “professionals” we get that work done, and behold the noise is still there. Regarding the lights on the dash they claimed the radar on the front of the car was dirty originally, so they cleaned it and the problem still persists so we had to bring it in again next week, then they had to charge me $200 for “diagnostics” and told me the radar is miss aligned and it will cost $700 ontop of the $200 to get done. So we do the realignment and the problem is still occurring another week with the problem not fixed. So now the noise is still there and the lights on the dash are still there not allowing me to use certain features (cruise control). I told them again what the noise might be and it was exactly what I told them it was the first time, the dust shield hitting the rotor. So we replaced the front struts for over $3000 for no reason, feels like they sell you bs so they get work. Now they also tell me the radar bracket is bent and causing the radar to miss align again another week in the shop, ontop of that they wanted to charge me ANOTHER $700 for a realignment I already paid for and more for the labor to install the bracket that they should’ve checked the first time when they charged me $200 for “diagnostics” I told them I’m coming to get the car and I’ll do business elsewhere (some really good diagnostics)
 For content they have had the car for 2 days a week for the last month on my only off days of the week. And don’t expect a call or reply from them, each time I call them for an update they say ”your service rep is busy with another customer can he call you back” followed by me calling them a hour later because they couldn’t simple call me back, literally happened every single time I called. DO NOT GET SERVICE WORK DONE HERE, THEY WILL SELL YOU REPAIRS YOU DONT NEED.

This is my third time buying a vehicle from this dealership - second time straight time from the same salesman. Mike M was fantastic - he kept in constant contact me throughout the negotiation process - he was open and honest, and really great to be around the whole time. Brett was great on the finance end as well, working with me on many small nuances to get everything where we needed it to be. Was a great experience from start to finish! I love this CRV-Hybrid too!
