I had previously reviewed DCH for the sales experience I had. I wanted to add a review of my experience with the Service team. I made a 1PM appointment through the Toyota app and I pulled in a little before 1. They called my name promptly at 1, a nice start. My service associate, Matt Morano went over everything I wanted to have done. He clearly explained all the details, then went through a short checklist, wiper blades, that sort of stuff, which I actually needed. He's great and you can definitely see how hard he works and how good he is at his job. I never feel like I'm being pressured or rushed. He answered like 10 questions I asked and explained the answers very clearly. He's polite, respectful and respectable! I've never had a problem at this establishment and I don't anticipate that I ever will. Much thanks to Matt for being such a good representative of DCH Freehold Toyota.
