Sales team was very unprofessional. “Discounts” came from trying to remove options. Very unprofessional sales process. Delivery of the truck was terrible. Glue all over the interior and windows. Had to get the truck professionally detailed day after delivery to clean up the car from the glue left behind from the delivery stickers and film. Update: four months later, I have still not received the title to my paid off vehicle. Calling the dealership to no surprise they want to take no responsibility for never producing the title and want to send me to the motor vehicle to receive a duplicate title.

I have had 5 cars since I began driving at 17 years old. I have been there to purchase all of them, even if I was not always the primary owner. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE, after 35k miles bought on a 41k bought vehicle my engine NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. 0 accountability has been taken although I was unsure about the vehicle In the beginning but I was desperate at the time and when contacted I was told since I didn’t buy the extended warranty we can’t help you.. THE CAR SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN SOLD TO ME OR ANYONE IN THE FIRST PLACE. Doesn’t matter if it was a 🍋 or not they offloaded a vehicle to me knowing I needed one and never demanded I get the extended warranty. (OF COURSE) I took care of the vehicle every 2700-3000k miles I got routine oil changes so there was no neglect on my part.. and less then 3 years later cylinder 2 was reading low compression mechanics from Hyundai told me I need a NEW ENGINE.(A $6000- $8000 repair) DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE

Update after emailing management too see how they could better assist me during this unfortunate scenario they chose to take no accountability for the shit box sold to me, instead of maybe pointing me in the best direction to find a repair solution or better yet a better deal because I still owe $12.5K on the vehicle they chose the unprofessional route (as expected) told me the car was sold 3 years ago it’s my fault I didn’t take the extended warranty etc etc. I STAND BY MY PREVIOUS REVIEW DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I’ll be alright in the end but drive to another dealer there’s 100s of them just DONT COME HERE. This “manager” was a real help by the way😂🤣
