You need to take a serious look at the management of the Sonata Apartments in Las Vegas. They almost never answer the phone and it is almost impossible to schedule maintenance. When I applied, I had to go in like 7 times due to the office being closed on days it was supposed to be working. The staff would give me no update on my application despite me frequently emailing and calling. They would move my application through one step further (if that) each time I went in and they would have just taken my application fee with no word back if I hadn’t been so on top of it.

Unfortunately it has come to this. I lived at Trevi in Chandler AZ for 2 years. From the moment I moved in it was horrific. My apartment was falling apart and they had to "completely" renovate again with me IN it AND still paying full rent. No compensation . AND to date of move out my apartment had several issues unresolved. CURRENTLY THEY OWE ME MONEY AND WILL NOT RESPOND.

I moved out on 3/27. They did not give me a prorate for the apartment or garage DESPITE ME ASKING NUMEROUS TIMES

but told me I would be refunded my money. Now 20 days later I cannot get a response from their office despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation. They owe 4 days overpayment for both the apartment AND garage. When you reach out to corporate, the mailbox is "full" for whomever handles the properties. My next stop is the local news, BBB and OIG.

I have resided in 2 Davlyn apartment communities and at both I have had great experiences. Management is always on top of everything and I have had no issues to this day. Office staff is friendly and do a great job at implementing policies that make the communities welcoming and great place to call home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of Davlyn communities in the San Fernando valley, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations, impeccable service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The apartment itself was spacious, and updated. The pool and fitness center were top-notch and inviting. Thank you!

Final Message: I received my security deposit back about 40 days after I moved out.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the absolute most corrupt property management company that exists. Countless maintenance request have been ignored and the staff is completely unresponsive. Our apartment is. Nearly unlivable, and they are trying to have us evicted. It’s terrible that businesses like this are able to prey upon innocent tenants and even operate in this state. Stay away from anything managed by this company!
