I stayed here for a year. My tires got slashed. The landlord didn’t have that on camera even though they have multiple cameras outside… Teenagers that do not live in the complex lurk around the parking lots at night, one neighbors window got busted out of car, my friend who was also living here had someone looking through her windows at night a police report was made all of those times. Drug addicts, Water leaks, roaches, rats, & spiders is a problem at these apartments. Their “pest control” sucks, they was in and out in 1-2 minutes even though I had a 3 bed 2 bath with upstairs. The a/c messed up 3-4 times in one summer, leaving my apt 90-100° until fixed and it usually took days to be fixed. The landlord does attempt to help but very little leeway.. Very hard to find parking when the vintage business is having events which was usually every weekend. The picture attached is the ceiling upstairs in the hallway.

Terrible place to rent! Don't do it! Roof has been leaking for months and landlord has done NOTHING to fix it. Every time it is reported they say they can't do anything until it quits raining and offers plastic to put over the belongings. Meanwhile owner has totally remodeled the restaurant/bar he also owns across the street. Raised rent $100 a month with only 6 days notice, that was supposed to be for "building maintenance". Will change you to month
to month lease with no notice. Roof falling in some apartments and water flows through the hallways and down the stairs inside. It is a safety and health hazard. Only gave one star because I couldn't leave zero.

Terrible. Awful. Stink. Nasty. Maintenance came in on me when I was in the shower. Opened my door and came into my apartment. No harm and he was a very Nice man but sent by the evil landlord.
