Where to start? David Kwon is hands-down the best realtor my family has ever worked with—actually “partnered with” is a better term.

My family hired David to sell a home in Clifton, NJ and are so glad we did. David provided us with much needed advice on how to navigate this competitive market, improvements to the home that would help increase the asking price, and over the top customer service that we never expected. Some of the things he did for us was hire a contractor for the odd jobs and would visit the house at random hours to make sure it was always show ready. We all live a good distance from the home he was selling for us and he was able to be at the home to meet the contractors and anyone else that needed to do work on the home. We also had a snag with an oil tank in the ground but David handled ALL of it for us and we couldn’t be happier. Did I mention he also got us $90k over asking?—in this market you need a realtor and one that is organized and David’s your person.

David is great at selling homes and his professionalism is unmatched. He managed to provide my family with the professional expertise with a down-to-earth honest service. He also speaks Korean so that was a huge plus for my family.

He is the BEST at his job and HIGHLY recommend him! David Kwon is the best!!

**Updated Review (2024)** David is still one of the best realtors around. When it was time for my husband and I to buy a house, we had a long wishlist and set budget. David gave us sound advice to level set our expectations and helped us navigate the tough pandemic market to land us a great house in a fantastic town. Most importantly, he knew exactly how to best position our offer to be competitive, tweak the offer to gain an edge over the others, which then ultimately led to our offer being accepted. Original Review (2017): Earlier this year, my fiancé and I decided to move to New Jersey after he accepted a position at a new company (and realized that a daily commute from Queens to Bergen county was not going to work). The most stressful part of this decision was the fact that we had no idea where or how to start looking at rentals in NJ, despite considering ourselves pretty savvy at navigating real estate listings online. What we really needed was dependable local expertise, and candid insight into what would really fit our lifestyle. That said, we are very grateful to have found David. He patiently listened to all of our priorities, found us some great listings that fit our wishlist, set up every appointment, and provided valuable, honest feedback during each walkthrough. Within a week, my fiancé and I signed a lease in Fair Lawn and we have happily been living here since. David exceeded all of our expectations, was especially quick to respond to all of our questions, and was right there with us throughout the entire process. I can't thank David enough for setting us up in our new home during such a rushed and stressful transition period.
