Dave was easy and pleasant to work with. He's professional, calm, responsive and knowledgeable. And since we don't live in the area, he also made good use of technology like video, to communicate which made communication productive and enjoyable.

One thing we especially liked was that he has professional experience as a contractor/builder so he has a good understanding of what to look for when evaluating an older home (like the house we bought, built in 1971) and especially if there are any issues that a buyer should be concerned with. He definitlely wants to make sure that his clients best interest is kept forefront in a transaction.

For example, we had a particular concern once we received the home inspection. Dave went the extra mile and climbed up into the attic and took a video which he then sent to us via YouTube so we could see the situation first hand. His inspection and evaluation helped us to understand what we were working with and move forward with confidence.

Dave and his team kept the transaction going smoothly and on time and I would definitley reccommend working with Dave if you need to buy or sell. If we need to buy or sell any more real estate in the Lake Tahoe area we will be calling Dave!
