We had a lovely time at Blue Sky Breeze. The location was perfect and the house was very well stocked. The dogs enjoyed the large wrap around deck. The views were stunning. We’ve been to Dauphin before and will certainly consider renting this property again.

Had a fantastic stay at Grace Wins beach house. Rental company was very attentive to detail and brought out a new propane tank for the grill in a matter of minutes! Will definitely rent a property from DIBR again! Job well done

We loved the rental, and all the ones we’ve stayed in with this company over the years. Dauphin Island Beach Rentals always has easy stays and are quick to fix any issues. I had a small issue and it was resolved within an hour of my arrival. Lovely place to vacation, you won’t regret it!

We had such a wonderful vacation to Dauphin Island! The house was just as described and they provided so many things! We loved being right across from the ocean and a little beach to explore - and those sunsets from the house were absolutely perfect. People kept driving down our road to take pics of it, so we knew we were in a prime location for chasing sunsets! Kids loved the pool and we had everything we needed. We’ll be back for sure!

Rented Key Wester and had the absolute worst experience. The house was filthy on arrival. Floors, counters, windows all disgusting. Shower liners covered in mold, food in sink, trash not emptied, dirty coffee pot, water dispenser of fridg filled with mold, one bed wasn’t clean and filled with sand. Cockroaches, lots of cockroaches.
The furniture was stained and dirty, the beds didn’t even have mattress pads to cover the grungy mattresses. On entry there was a fly strip hanging from the ceiling and there were nails sticking out of the walls where artwork should be. The walls were even splattered with who-knows-what and there were drawings in many areas.
One of the primary rooms had a king bed that was broken. It folded like a taco. The rental company had tried to fix it with 2x4’s but it immediately failed. My guests had to share a double bed at the back of the house rather than the oceanfront king they were promised.
Dauphin Island Rentals said the house cleaners would come at 7:30pm so we left and returned to find the house in the same condition. I spent an hour cleaning the house instead of visiting with my guests just to make it barely tolerable.
There was a broken kite left on the deck but we couldn’t even throw it way because we had no outdoor trash bins. They promised them by Monday but we left on Sunday. The neighbors gave us one of theirs and shared their sand chairs because our rental had none. We also weren’t warned we’d have to drive through 2 feet of water and climb over a 9 foot sand dune just to get to the house.
Finally, there was one extra roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no laundry detergent, 2 dish washing pods in a baggy, and not a single cleaning supply. Obviously I had to go buy everything to make it habitable and to start a load of towels upon departure.
Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. They told me there were no other houses so we were stuck with this disaster. I would never return.

We stayed at Wine N Sea. Easy booking process, and check in/out was a breeze! Prompt and courteous communication. Beautiful home with all of the comforts of home! The beds were clean and comfortable, there were plenty of towels, washcloths and bath mats. Beautiful views of the gulf from the large front porch on the porch swing and gorgeous views of the bay and sunsets from the back porch and pool. We enjoyed being able to come home from the beach and still be able to swim and hang out on the back deck in the pool. There are two large tables on the back porch and plenty of lounge chairs and rocking chairs on the porch and around the pool. The porch and pool are separated by a nice wood fence that’s perfect for keeping kids out of the pool area without supervision. 5 large bedrooms, 4 of which have private bathrooms. 3 kings, 1 queen and 6 bunk beds. The bunk bed room has an adjacent bathroom. You can definitely tell that this owner takes pride in keeping the property in top notch condition!

I love this house! It is directly on the beach. The views are spectacular! From sitting out on the deck, first thing in the morning to watching the sunset in the evenings.
This house is fully stocked with anything you would possibly need. It is a great place to stay!
