Lindsay was one of the BEST I have ever worked with!! She was so patient and kind, and did everything to help me with all my concerns. Although it ended up not working out for me to move in due to a sudden personal issue that happened; Lindsay was amazing through it all. Thank you so much for being the amazing person you are. Drove all the way here, Was walking up to inquire on property management for my Nj home and someone turned on the “sorry we are closed sign” on the door. It’s 1:30pm on a Thursday. Not good but will look elsewhere.

THIS COMPANY HAD ME AND MY CHILDREN WAITING MONTHS TO MOVE IN AFTER PAYING A DEPOSIT FOR A HOUSE WE WANTED. KEPT PUSHING THE MOVE IN DATE BACK AND I COULD NO LONGER WAIT AND NEEDED TO GET A HOME OUTSIDE OF THEM & NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY $1000 DEPOSIT BACK. I DIDNT SIGN A LEASE, I DIDNT SET UP ANY UTILITIES, I PAID A SEPERATE APPLICATION FEE SO IDK WHY THEY ARE HOLDING MY HOLDING FEE. ALSO, THE HOUSE WAS ALWAYS UP AVAILABLE SO THEY WERE TAKING OTHER PEOPLE MONEY AS WELL. DONT DO IT, THE HOUSES ON SPAR ARE ALSO SMALL AS HELL.
