We had a wonderful experience using Daphne as our selling agent. Our father passed away and we were selling the family home. My siblings and I do not live anywhere near the property and Daphne was able to handle the whole thing for us and met inspectors at the property and dealt with everything that we were not able to make it too. Not only that but the apricots on my father's three were ripe and she made us some homemade jam with the apricots instead of them going to waste. If you want a good real estate experience get a good real estate agent. Daphne came highly recommended and I see why. She is experienced, professional, and hardworking. My transaction was complicated because I was selling a beautiful old home that required A LOT of work. Many buyers were interested but did not end up making an offer. One escrow fell through and even the final one was “challenging”. Daphne worked tirelessly on the sale and kept me informed without requiring much from me.
