I came to Daniels from a friend's recommendation. I had inherited a 50-year-old house for remodeling, having good bones. The options and answered questions began with Jamie's wide totality of experience in housing. Their workers have attention to detail and cost advantages. Daniels performs with professionalism. Emphasized are product differences and comfort. Jamie expresses hard facts with the pleasant quality of "Goodwill". The transformation of my older house has become exciting and expressed too, by Jamie, the Property Manager.

Absolutely incredible customer service! I was looking for a commercial property to rent and emailed Daniels Property Management regarding a property that I was interested in that they had listed. Faustina responded back quickly and I was able to view the property shortly after that. She was so kind, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend this company because they definitely stood out among the rest. =))

They offer a very good service as far management goes. They respond fairly quick when you open maintenance tickets and make sure things are taken care. We have dealt with Faustina and she’s always quick to respond and follow up on any request we have. The app they have for taking care of the rent and anything is excellent.

(Read it carefully till the end, it is for you to make the right decision and avoid our mistake)

I was living in 245 S Lincoln Ave. In El Cajon. It was a bad experience to me and to my famiy as well. It is quiet property and neighbors are good, but the management is not professional. The property is managed by a wife and husband. The manager knock the door for inspection without former notice. If you set a maintenance schedule with the manager, the worker will not show up as it was scheduled. They tell you to stay from 8am to 12pm in the apartment waiting for the mainetenance guy to show up!!!!

There is no guest parking, and the manager do not even let your guest to use your parking spot. If you have a guest you will feel so embarraced because it is even harder to find a paking space off the street. You will not be allowed to pull your blinds (curtains) to the other side to get sunlight and change the air flow. You will not be allowed to put use your balcony freely except chairs and plants pots. The manager will interfere in your privacy and you will not feel independent.

The top management is almost blind. They just believe in the property manager and always consider the tenant as lier. To be honest, Shelley (in the main company ofiice) is kind and caring about tenants, but she needs to listen to tenants not just to the property manager.

They don't replace old defected equipments, they keep repairing and repairing and repairing for years without spending penny to buy new equipment even if the current equipments are not sufficient for houshold usage, and finally you will be charged for these defected items as if you are the one who made them older or insufficient. It is really unfair.
If you move out, they will find excuses to suck your security deposit by creating unjustifiable reasons.
If you have a better option in another property, go for it and save your money and time especially with property manager's endless headaches.

If I could put no stars I would. Very unprofessional and I’ll tell you why. We first applied to a condo on a Thursday. Filled everything out online. We called the manager “Shelley” continuously for two days wanting to get ahold of her and make sure she got our applications. I emailed her and called her and it took her three days to get back to me. She said she was working on it and she would call me back that evening. No call. After more calls and emails and text messages left for her; she finally got back to me the following Friday saying we are approved and emailed us an online portal link to view the lease. I looked over the lease and it said the lease would start sep 1 and it was blank in another spot. I emailed her and said we cannot do a two week turnaround time. I had to give a 30 day notice to my landlord. Mind you this property has been on the market since 7/1/18 and it’s not 8/19/18. I told her we can start the lease on sep14. She texted my boyfriend and said to text her with any questions. So we texted her about he lease dates. Did she text us back? NOPE. Not until the next day. She said she would talk to the owners of the condo and get back to us. She got back to us the next day and said we must move in Sept 1. So we thought about it and since it’s been a nightmare dealing with Shelley and her lack of communication, we would move onto another place if they wouldn’t let us start the lease on the 14th. I emailed her and told her to let us know either way.... Did we ever get a response back NOPE!! She basically took our application fee money and said we are going to make them not want to rent here!

Never did she say they wanted a sept 1st move in. And what’s funny is that in the lease contract; it says we would need to give a 30 days notice to Shelley when we move out but yet I can’t give the same courteously to my current landlord. This has been the worse experience ever. To this day, I have not heard back from Shelley.

The don't provide any Value and they dont perform half there obligation prr there contract. And if you wont a response out of the you need your attorney to get and be prepared for What you don't get out of it. I would stay as far away from this company as possible.
