If there was a no star choice that's what they would get. Don't care about there renters or property. Don't fix anything. Tell u if u don't like it move. Cussed u out if u complain. Rude nasty place to live. The garden apartments are nothing but dope smokers meth cookers roach and bed bug infected piece of trash. Beware of any of there places. Avoid

They work with you and are patient just keep communication in the loop but the apartment I stayed in were and probably still is infested with roaches they were EVERYWHERE. Refrigerator, stove, oven, walls, in the bath tub with you, in bed with you, in your food. I took out some dinner rolls one night turnt my back for 2 minutes and roaches were all over it. Roaches were in the dishwasher, all in the cabinets, drawers were my silverware was, dish towels all the drawers. I wasn't aware of the roaches until I settled in and boy did they make their selves at home. The whole apartment complex is infested. They only gave me one treatment and told me I had to get rid of them. And then come to find out none of the tenants had/have occupancy permits including myself at the time. Oh and a slug/snail was on the dishwasher

Ii am disable and asthmatic and my place was never inspect which 6 months in I am just now finding out after find mold and debris. I had to beg them to change my locks because someone had a key and was entering my place. There's a wasp and ant infestation. I have never lived under such horrible management before. I am breaking my lease due to health code violations and horrible living conditions.

I’m not a current resident never have been but I always read the reviews and thank goodness I did I can’t stand unprofessional rude people if I’m paying to live in your property it shouldn’t be a problem fixing anything

I have had a bad experience with Dandell Property office staff just trying to get a maintenance order for a couple of water issues in our apartment and they are telling me that they can not set up appt so I can be here when they come to fix the issues. They would just come and key in our apartment if no one is there. I said I do not want that because I need to be there do not want anyone in my apartment if I am not there. The staff was very unprofessional and said that they can not set up appointment they will just come whenever. Never heard of such a thing. Never had a problem with them before these new people started working in the office. Would give a zero star bur not able too.

Tbh, they really work with you on many things. You just have to communicate with them. Dave is very understanding so is Joy. Improving takes time. Patience is the key. I’ve been a tenant now for almost two years & I plan to stay with this property management for a while. Thank you Dandell Property Management !!

Tricky! I was told I did not neccessarily have to worry about my low credit score if they could speak to my current landlord. No problem! Went in, met with the ladies in the officee (Belinda and Joy) filled out the ap and paid the $25. Then BOOM! DENIED because of credit. But I thought u saaaaid...lol
Thirsty for that hot 25...lmao
After reading some of these reviews it looks like I dodged bullet anyway!!!

This is a TERRIBLE place to rent from! The entire office is disrespectful! The receptionist Belinda is rude, she has an BAD ATTITUDE! At first I thought she was a little slow. I couldn’t believe the way she talked to me. Joy lets her talk to pple any kind of way it’s sick. Joy is a liar. She gives you the run around when you ask about repairs that needs done. Her husband is just as disrespectful he will snap on you if you even say the word “Fix” or “Repair”. They do not want to fix things in your apartment! The maintenance men DO NOT clean up after themselves, they will half fix it & purposely leave a mess for you to clean. They cannot be trusted alone in your apartment. It is disgusting that they are in business doing tenants any kind of way. They will rent apartments with dirty/used carpet, lifting tile, & dirty walls that haven’t been painted. They are lazy, cheap & unprofessional. (Zero Stars)
