Dan is a good person to work with and we enjoyed our experience buying a house. We first were looking for a house but were delayed due to COVID fears. We explained to Dan that it just wasn't the right time for us and he was understandable and didn't try to push anything onto us. 6 months later, we were ready to buy again and he was just as responsive this time around and was able to provide more information since we last looked to buy.
Once we got under contract, we were very confident that we were making the right deal and it was easy to go through inspections, etc. Dan is a professional, yet fun personality, and it was a pleasure working with him and his team.
