Take the overall 1 star rating into consideration. Hope you can handle bug infested apartments and paper-thin walls. Our Landlord, Tyler was great. However, Diane was absolutely horrid. Either get with the times or retire already.

Plz dnt rent here head ache!!! Diane will show you what misery looks like. They wnt repair nothing and send u charges. If you speak up diane will visit ur property constantly and fine u for nonsense. An adult child

Don’t rent from here. The place is bug infested and their excuse is they can’t do nothing about it that it’s seasonal. Also the lady Diane who works in the office is one of the most rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. Any time you call about a problem she acts like she’s the one who has to get up and fix it.

Worst rental company. We lived there for two years and had a roof that was leaking into the living room, called several times and the manager never sent anyone out to repair the leak. The hinge on the garage door broke and was never repaired. Contacted the manager several times when we had issues with the property and they would always say they will send someone out and nobody would come out. We had issues with the A/C and we’re told it needed to be replaced because it was leaking. The manager didn’t want to replace the whole unit so they would only refill it and the issue would come back a few months later. Very unprofessional.

Save yourself the head ache and STAY AWAY!!! Bug infested apartments that they claim are "seasonal" and that "theirs nothing we can do". Management are a bunch of liars and crooks. Completely incapable of properly managing properties. I hope the owner is aware of what a horrible job the management is doing. The only reason they have ANY tenants is the lack of housing available in Lemoore. I would rather commute an hour to work than live in these properties another day.

Absolute worst costumer service and office staff I have ever dealt with, still after over a month I'm fighting to get my deposit back they keep tell me it's in the mail then they sent it to the wrong address,phone call after phone call now I'm standing in their lobby waiting for already been 15 minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor because on the phone the rude little desk girl tells me I have to wait till over a month to speak to her supervisor when I tell her I want to file a complaint, phone call after phone call now I'm standing in their lobby waiting for already been 15 minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor because on the phone the rude little desk girl tells me I have to wait till over a month to speak to her supervisor when I tell her I want to file a complaint it's been over a month since I moved out and I still haven't received my deposit back this is just ending to an all-around bad experience for two years with this bug infested apartments ..

Worst worst customer service, Diana is very rude with attitudes all the time she needs to retire, and she even has her workers with the same attitude plz don’t rent from them they would make u miserable
