Highly recommend - I asked Dale to help me purchase a home after being unsuccessful with the last few agents. I found it difficult to trust my previous agents, they didn't advocate for me and my needs, and I felt like I was making offers based on my best guess and not their expertise.

We chose Dale Goberdhan to help us find our first home and he was amazing! As first time homebuyers, we were nervous, anxious and not sure what to fully expect. Dale led us through all the steps. We have heard so many stories about how stressful homebuying can be, but with Dale by our side, we didn’t have any of those issues. He was open, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and helped us buy a home that was right for us. Any questions or concerns we had were always addressed in a timely manner.
