Update: The canned response below goes to show that I’m not the only person to have this opinion.

D&G Property Management was negligent and irresponsible. They rarely if at all check on the properties they “manage”. Or address the needs of owners. They allow destruction of property and disruption of neighborhoods. And then they’ll demand thousands of dollars to clean the mess left behind by the tenant they allowed to wreck your home. Look elsewhere for reliable and ethical property management.

We have used D&G for over a year now on two rental properties. They are extremely knowledgeable about the current market and work with us to evaluate each property to maximize the rental income. The communication with tenants has been excellent with expectations tenant responsibilities clearly explained. Accounting for the properties has been very timely with reports clearly explaining all transactions. The movement of proceeds always occurs concurrent with delivery of the monthly accounting. The office is very responsive to questions and keeps us informed of any anomaly to operations. We hold the relationship in high regard and very contributory toward meeting our investment objectives.
