I called them 8 days ago, for a property they were leasing. I was told Adam was in charge of the property, and he was busy, and to leave a voicemail. I leave a voicemail with all my information. I hear nothing back so I leave an inquiry on the website, its hosted on. Then I wait 6 days and call again. They tell me Adam is a busy, and I ask if someone else can help me and they tell me only Adam and to leave a voicemail. I ask for his email because obviously voicemail does not work. I emailed him and their company email [email protected]. because I figured maybe then I would get any kind of response.
And still no response 3 days later. Even if they did respond I would never do business with them or their clients they represent, Ever! Terrible service and I'm sure they had someone going to lease the place but didn't have "time" to answer anyone especially during a time like Covid, where there are properties everywhere open. What a shame! And what a disservice to their clients trusting them!
