I tried contacting C & W, but had to fill out all my information to get a call…., then I decided to walk over to our apartment complex office and asked for it. They said we don’t have it?…..I can Google it for you they said?I asked don’t they manage this complex?❔Yes they do?, but you don’t have the information?❔Will you ask the manager to get me the information❔?
She came back and got me the “National Leadership” information based in Atlanta?I believe I’ll just start a C&W tenant/resident forum and see who’ll join in with me & leave pictures comments….Also I’m leaving important contact information below☹️?‍‍?

They just pressure washed our breeze way?

Hello! I am currently typing this while stuck inside of elevator two at yer 6640 Carothers location in Franklin Tennessee. I am okay, I do not need medical attention & you do not have to rush. I get paid by the hour so no worries. I will be posting this after I am rescued since I have no cellular service (so no need to fret) but I just wanted to let you know that this elevator is very well taken care of & I am glad that it is carpeted since I have been sitting down for the last 30 minutes. This isn't sarcastic. I am just thankful. Keep up the great work. This isn't quite the same as that Aerosmith song but I am just happy to be here, healthy & alive.

Thanks for all of the ups & downs,
Stephen Pastor

Their agent, Charley, walked into my active and open business with a client without notice, well outside of the final 90 days of my lease. He announced to my employees that he was there on behalf of the landlord to show the building, no appointment and not even asking to speak to the owner. When I, the owner, stopped him and told him we were (clearly) an active business, he ignored me and continued to show my warehouse to the client. When I called my landlord while he was still there, the landlord said they had no idea who would be in my space. I called the warehouse's agent and he said he was unaware of any showing that day, and he knew they were supposed to make an appointment with me before coming in. When I spoke to the agent trespassing in my space, he said he was the partner of the agent listed for my warehouse. His behavior was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I've worked with a number of commercial real estate brokers and companies over the years and never in my life dealt with such terribly unprofessional behavior, not to mention the breach of my lease. I'm so upset about the whole scenario, and they don't even care about the damage I had to undo with my employees and clients after that disrespectful show. Would not recommend working with them.

A bunch of price gouging jerks. Our apartment is falling apartment and management won’t do anything about it. They raised our rent by 30% but refuse to fix anything. Forest Ridge - Knoxville TN

I would not suggest living at any of their communities unless you want your security deposit to be held for over 2 months after you move out and not have anyone in any particular hurry to contact you even after submitting 4 contact requests regarding this particular legal matter.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Do not waste your time with this amateur company.
