this is the worst financing company ever they don’t have no supervisor no manager They think or their policy is that you are too stupid To talk to you. they put only one person and they will use anything they can to put pressure on you. I finance with 7 other banks never ever have a one problem. I made a mistake please you guys if you’re starting your business new to business or you have accent please stay away from this company.

Hi everyone!
I would never advice anyone to work with this financing company. It's the worst company I've ever seen. The agent that helped us, put on top of the loan his own commission , so for every monthly payment directly to him will go 15 dollars multiplied by 72 months, which it's outrageous in my opinion to be lied so obvious, and when we discovered this charged and asked about it we were replied that ''I wanted''. Secondly, we waited for the plates number of our equipment over a month, and we were forced to stop our equipment of working, which decreased our income as well. So please be aware of all these nuances which could be in the detriment of your business. If you want to find a good financial company go somewhere else.

Our company purchased equipment from this company in 2021 and never had any issues with the payment because it was always on automatic payment , somehow two of the payments was returned last year , but not by our fault and nobody from the Crossroads didn't even call us until they issued Repossession order .Here is their notes "Last year, May, the customer had run into some bounced checks, had cancelled his phone number, and was out for repossession." But somehow they find the same number to reach our company to inform about the repossession.
With this being said , our company can not get any equipment because they submitted this information to credit bureau. I tried to call them couple times to resolve this issue normal way , but no one wants to talk . And by the way when they called us after those missing payments and informed us about it , we paid outstanding payments right away . We never had any issues like this with other financing companies. And on top of this they said will fix this issue( will remove their notes from my credit history and never done this ) and run my credit score got all my financial papers and again denied due to some stupid reason , i will make sure my attorney will do his job .I never had any late payments in our history for the payments . Unprofessional company with many unprofessional employees who can not pick up the phones or answer the emails . Not recommended at all !!!!!!!!!!! Stay away !!!!!!!!!!!
