I just moved in with my family and we absolutely love it. There were a couple of issues with the a/c and the stove, but I tell you what the maintenance team, Shawn and Jose were on it and we got a completely new kitchen, new appliances. A/C is working perfectly...thanks guys!!!! FIVE STARS FOR SHAWN AND JOSE!!!

I'm sorry I haven't given enough credit to all the employees at The Crossing,but today I woke up to a chirping ceiling alarm put a ticket in and within a hour the maintenance guys show up to take care of the issue right away which I very much appreciated but I would also like to add that this isn't the first time the guys had a ticket and every time they are always very quick to take care of my needs and always very nice and professional as well as the office staff,Thank all of you for a awesome job of the entire staff

I just moved in April 2024 Tammy has been amazing at keeping the communication and answering fast. Also the maintenance guys are immaculate. They come within hours if I need anything. They are so nice here. I absolutely love this community. My 6yo son goes to the manager office pretty much every day for candy that they have for the kids and he’s never turn down. Pool is very clean and open everyday untill night and that’s great because it gets a bit hot out and sometimes we want to swim when the sun goes down. I really love it here.

Tammy is the best manager ever. Love this community. The office staff is very attentive to the community. Eduardo is very good at the front office and Tennant friendly. I recommend the Crossing at Hesperia 100% quality at The Crossing.

A great place to live. Tammy is an excellent manager, always polite and if there are ever any issues, always quickly resolved. Maria is an excellent go-to when Tammy is unavailable. It is always fun to chat with them. Spacious apartments for a good price. Having a garage and a yard is an excellent perk. Close to major shopping areas on Main. The best apartment we have lived in over the last decade ( and we have lived in 6 different ones).

Very rude people . HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE IN. Management does not take your concerns serious, they entered my apartment without permission stealing my belongings , and when ending my lease when I went to go take my belongings , they were no longer there and they said “nothing was there”they mentioned they took photos however when I asked for the email of those photos (proof) nothing was provided for me . I lost multiple things from my childhood, and holiday things/ other things I bought with my own expenses . No notice was given to me and they simply threw my stuff away or they kept it . Bunch of thieves do not trust employees or staff here at this complex . Horrible experience 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 they also ignored my phone calls multiple times to the point where I had to call on another phone just to be talked too. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's been a few months for us but so far I love these apartments! They feel more like townhomes and the community here is great. Feels like one of the safest complexes to rent at in the high desert, perfect for families and kids. Marsha in the office is amazing and really does her best to make everyone happy. The only thing I would say is it would be great to have more open parking aside from our garages. Edit: downgraded to 4 stars only because they never get to my maintenance requests.

Don't waste your money here.

Management doesn't take complaints seriously. They don't enforce their own rules. They don't care if someone brings in a big dog that keeps the neighbors awake. They don't care if repairs don't get done or if the trash areas are overflowing. There is no security here, they lied about that. The two female office "managers" Tammy and Maria are completely useless.

And yet rent keeps going up.
