I signed up for a free trial and was advised someone will reach out and train and assist me with my commercial listings. Nothing but broken promises. I canceled my free trial in advance and they still charged me even though I did not authorize the charge since i cancelled my trial! I do not recommend Crexi to anyone!

Shady business practice, will put fine-print in their contracts, and try to make you pay 1 extra year when you try to cancel. Then their sales reps will contact you and try to make you use their out of date product. The data is just not up to our standards. Imagine if you ordered marketing data, your business was counting on it, and when you received it it was complete dog crap.

Apparently, I should have read the reviews better before attempting to work with them. Similar story to those who felt it was a short-term month-to-month agreement for 3 months. I would go so far as to say the sales rep used the words "you can cancel at any time". I attempted to cancel the subscription due to lack of use after 2 months feeling I would not be billed for the 3rd month. They confirmed my subscription "would not be renewed"; however, they are still charging the 3rd month.

I signed up for a free account as a tenant to look at some leases. Just looking at a property on their site. I didn't contact anyone as I don't need anything for 6 months. I get a private email from a property owner. They sold my informationl just because I owned a webpage. Very creepy.

FRAUD! Stay away from this company. They will continue to charge your credit card after cancellation. They will instruct you to send an email to cancel the subscription but they still will not cancel the service. Also, do not waste your time trying to contact the account manager to enforce the cancelation because the representative will tell you she’s not “available”.

Not that good needs alot of work. First it's a listing free for all. Once you get in, you can do what ever you want without repercussions. Single family houses are being listed at 100 unit apartment buildings - even though just 1 condo in that building is offered for sale. Then you have listings that are already pending, or sold and no longer for sale, still listed for sale 1 year past the closing date. Then you have people selling 4 unit quadplex as a 50 unit complex. You got people listing land as 6000 unit complexes or anything developable, hoping to get a shmuck to buy it overpriced. Newest one is loans. You filter to multifamily, and loans appear, no filter option to remove loans from search. You don't own the building, they want to sell you an underperforming note for $5mil, even though the C class building is worth $1.5mil. Now there is an office building recession going on, offices are not selling. So guess what? You got it! You have agents listing office buildings as apartment buildings. You got people listing schools with asbestos, worth maybe $100k max in the middle of nowhere for $5mil multi family conversion opportunity. You reach out to the agent but they never log on to reply to you. I hope they can police their listings and get this thing turned around. The platform is good, it's just there is no policing of the listings. And when you report a listing it does nothing or goes no where. Agents should be on a strike system, 3 strikes they are on probation.

Absolute garbage, save your money and time and use another service. The leads they send are worthless, bad phone numbers, bad email addresses, etc. Will they work with you to cancel, absolutely not, although they will tell you they operate with integrity, I'm not sure they know what that means.

Scam company, read all the reviews. You will get spammed to death no matter how many times you unsubscribe. I recommend reporting them to the FTC Fraud department. Eventually they will quit this garbage behavior.
