This place still is a JOKE! Same crimes that occurred a year and more ago are still happening in 2024 Recently my vehicle got extremely vandalized. The property management "says" they have adequate security guards but I beg to differ I've witnessed several incidents take place since I've been living at this unsavory unsafe Apartments I have not yet seen a security guard take care of any of the matters. I wouldn't dare refer recommend this place to anyone I strongly advise nobody shoes is this apartment complex as their home you'll be spending more than rent and utilities as much stuff that goes on you'll be paying more to replace your items then the years worth of rent. If they're even replaceable. And what baffles me is there is a security gate on the backside of the apartment complex but not in the front . One security guard is not going to solve the crime problems that take place on this property what will is a security gate and code access only . I guess the employees of Cresthaven property has to be damaged and stole for the crimes to be solved!!

Today we had a new wooden patio installed by Todd, Jose, Flavio and Ulises I appreciate the time and their effort they really did a good job and thanks for Vanessa setting up the appointment to have the new patio fence completed

This place is a joke. I'm the 2 years I've lived here I've had my car broken into twice, my garage got robbed with thousands of dollars worth of equipment stolen, then my car was stolen, and my wife's wheels were stolen. My next door neighbor has his gas tank drilled out, and other neighbor had her car stolen a couple weeks ago. The complex has done NOTHING to prevent or compensate us on this rampant crime. They refuse to let us put up cameras or ring doorbells, yet won't do anything themselves. What they HAVE done is issue a new parking permit system and only given out ONE pass regardless if you have a one, 2 or 3 bedroom. They have towed our cars 4 separate times, and are QUICK to tow you, yet can't catch any thieves. There's now 100s of cars parked out on the street outside the complex, yet the parking lot is empty most of the time. It's probably safer to park out there anyways I guess lol

If i could give zero stars, i would. If you're looking to rent here, this is what you will deal with living here: the employees in the office dont care about the apartment problems or rules that have "changed" and it causes hassles for you and your neighbors. You get one parking sticker per lease. All other vehicles have to park on the street, even though there are countless spots open all the time. The city is starting to tow cars that are on the same street for over 3 days, doesn't matter if you move them, they get towed. So, bottom line, NO PARKING. There have been over 100 separate crimes to our vehicles on the streets in 3 months. Police do not come out for anything. We had fights at 2 am on a weekday where someone was run over, police never came. Police do not come for theft, burglary, property damage, assault etc. The apartments are older and have wooden frames, so there are termites, ants, and other insects that are in the walls. Stairs are falling apart. You are NOT allowed pets but yet so many people, even office staff, are walking around the apartment complex with dogs and cats. The bottom line is that you will deal with theft, badly structured apartments, and your vehicle towed or broken into. Hope this gives you something to think about.

I am sure a response from the owner will be sent for me to talk with someone about these issues. I promise you i have talked peoples ears off about all of them, and they say, "Oh well." So i am done TRYING to talk about issues here. Just DONT live here if you're trying to move up in life.

Response to owner: This is not my impression. Unfortunately, these are facts. Almost everyone i talk to from these apartments deal with the same things. Its crime infested and mostly due to parking changes, security is never around and no cameras, which we were told security and cameras were in the progress ( said about 1 year ago).

Seriously, LOVE living here!!! The maintenance guys are so amazing! They always show up fast and fix ANYHING and EVERYTHING we need! Thanks to Jose and Steve for always showing up and getting maintenance done, quickly, respectfully and with care!!! The office staff is amazing, extremely helpful and Wendy, Cresthaven's manager is the BEST! We have lived here, going on 6 years, in this economy, we are so grateful to have been here and continue to be here until we are able to move forward.

Horrible experience. In my short time here, clothes have been stolen from the dryer's multiple times. Dryers hardly ever work correctly ( with a utility bill over $100 you'd think they would keep it maintained, nope). Interior is mainly painted over and cheap plastic. Car has been broken into and complex said "sorry". It may look nice because of the area, but I can whole heatedly say that I have had a miserable time living here. Unfortunately I still have 4 months on my lease. Do yourselves a favor and keep looking. The only positive this place has is the staff, they are very friendly and easy to talk to.

Driving by on Palm Ave. I notice soot stains next to every balcony. It made me wonder when you last painted. Big fires 20 years ago left that soot.

We've lived here 9 years now. The office staff is very polite and professional. Anytime we've put in a work order for a maintenence need it is a quick turnaround. Todd and Jose will even make sure we're satisfied with the repairs by following up with us.
