Staff not so friendly very controlling and breaks the rules on his unbecoming conduct with tenants. But great place to live due to our little community we all pretty much get alone. Under new owners so hopefully some new changes will come about. A update the new on site managers are great very friendly and caring. Since the new owners have taken over rent prices have increased quite a bit.

Used to be a descent place, new ownership took over. Raised the rent ,utilities used to be part of the rent, have not finished remodel from 3 years ago. No maintenance depart to fix any thing. 24 apartments but only 18 parking spaces. Constantly blown breakers, which takes out the power to the next door apartment. Will not pass housing inspection due incomplete remodel .

Ive lived here ten years +. With the place under new ownership they raised our rent by $73 bucks. They made us remove all our plants that we have grown for 10 years no chairs no humming bird feeders no bbq pits. Its sterel. After raising our rent the only thing done is prep for seperating all our utilities
