These guys are the best! I have bought and sold several homes over a fifty year period and have never had a realtor work so hard and so earnestly for me to complete the sale of a home.

This was a difficult sale - the home was in poor shape cosmetically and lacking in care and maintenance. Since I was having to assist my elderly sister remotely, Brad and Blake took control of all contractor scheduling and management to renovate the home. It looked wonderful when completed.

Ultimately the final sale of the home was a long, four-month process due to both buyer funding difficulties and discovered problems and repairs. This is our fifth home purchase and proved to be by far our best home purchase experience, thanks to our real estate agent Brad Creese. Brad is a great realtor, that shares his experience with you as you purchase a home. I had never been on the market for a home before and felt uneasy with the whole thing. Brad and Blake really step it up by being patient and diligent. On our first day with home presentations Brad showed us 5 homes and no less than that on a consistent basis.
