They will fine you for anything they possibly can (photograph EVERYTHING moving in no matter what!). Make sure anything verbal is written out (they conveniently forget). If you have a question or concern it maybe be answered the following week, or possibly not until you send multiple messages/calls. If you need something fixed you leave a voicemail, and won’t get a call back unless it’s a repair man at your door saying they’re there for the appointment that you won’t be notified of (happened on multiple occasions). Your rent will most likely increase at the end of your lease, or yearly. The only positive thing I can say is they do generally have nice and courteous staff when you meet/speak with them. Good luck!

Recently we had a plumbing issue in our bathroom and it turned out to be a big project but they worked together to get it all done in one day new floor and wall very happy and satisfied, highly recommend Renting from creative property management or doing business with them.
