Most beautiful in spring in my opinion as the rolling hills are green and the poppies in bloom.. They have disc golf If you're into that, grazing cows a good amount of trails, most of which are pretty easy, only 2 sort of steep climbs but are avoidable, bicycles allowed so be conscious of that.. Been coming here since high-school greatly appreciate crane creek as it is the place that got me into hiking. P.S. please don't leave your dog poo bags on the trails or benches... you're better than that.

I walk for health reasons. It's a nice enough park but smaller. I can't get the mileage in without repeating trails often. A fair amount of the park is Frisbee golf too. And that's great if you're into frisbee golf but I'm not at the moment. I had to walk through too much golf course to get my steps in. But overall it's a nice park with a lot of trails crammed in.

Decent size park for a short walk. There are public restrooms and a nice parking lot. Lots of Frisbee golfers come here. Family friendly as well! You need to pay for parking though. Unless you get a parking pass from Sonoma County Regional Parks.

What a beautiful park! A short drive from Santa Rosa you find beautiful vistas, wild flowers and cows! Walk up the hawk trail to get a great view of the nearby vineyards.

Its a fine trail for families and a leisurely walk for a about 50 to 60 minutes to complete it.

The views are ok not much to see. Parking is 7 dollars which if your going just to hike around not really worth it. If your with family or playing disc golf than I would think its worth the price.

Excellent topography for a great sunset view (there's even a trail designated for it!). Not a huge park by any means, but there's a couple fairly short trails, a disc golf course, restrooms (no running water), and a decent sized parking lot. I stopped in about an hour before sunset and had plenty of time to find a great spot. Also, be kind to the cows that roam the park!

Disk golf is great, for the most part it's pretty open. It's a great way to test out your disks and your drives. It's quiet and has a wonderful view.
My brother and I did a quick hike through it and it was fun. There's a few different trails, and I'd definitely go back to see all of them.

An early morning walk through Crane Creek Regional Park is usually serene, with the morning light, the fog rolling through the hills and the birds starting their day singing. There are a few rolling hills, but nothing too strenuous. Lots of interesting oak trees. I was able to capture a Red-tailed hawk taking flight.
