I had a great experience with the condo maintenance team! My heater stopped working, and they responded quickly to my emergency request. The technician Jean Carlo was professional, friendly, and efficient—he had everything up and running in no time. I really appreciate the prompt service, especially during the colder months. Thank you for keeping our community well-maintained!

Although the apartments look nice at first, there is absolutely no attention to maintenance requests. My daughter and I literally had no washing machine for over 2 months, though I called and left over 20 messages. They also repaired my bathtub paint with toxic spray paint and have up to now failed to repair or replace it. The office manager Barabara is especially rude and fails to return. All of emails in a timely manner. She seems completely inept and unable to get the service team to do anything. The dumpsters are always overflowing and the police are here regularly due to the high number of domestics. I cN hear fighting from my apartment almost every weekend. Total lack of management, security, and care for residents. Avoid if you're looking for a nice safe place to live.

I have lived here for 2 years going on 3 and the maintenance staff has been great. Any issue we have had, has been resolved quickly. The office staff has been nothing but nice and very easy to work with. I look forward to continuing to live here for the foreseeable future.

I read some of these reviews and some make no sense as I have had a completely different experience than them.

Dave has been amazing everytime we need him and Barbara has answered every question I have ever had!

I have lived here since 2016. I love it here. I love all my neighbors as well as the office and maintenance staff. Barbara, the property manager is excellent. I've seen her multi-task several times and always with a smile. She is pleasant and always follows through with any issues that I addressed to her. Dave, the lead maintenance manager is one of a kind. He's prompt, helpful and always fixes any problem the first time. I feel very, very safe here as well. I highly recommend this place!
