CPMI Is such a wonderful company!! I have lived here with my family going on 8 years!! The ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful. Jill, Patricia and Emily are great! The cheat and break the law. They expect ppl in oildale to be dumb and fall for the lies and wrongdoings. I'm sorry you feel that way but you try to raise people's rent more than 10% all the time. And they don't know any better so they move, So then you get just rent the new unit even higher. You've been doing it for years.

My experience with CPMI has been very good and pmeased with the service Recently I had my garbage disposal stop working and one of the doors to the laundry area came off it’s mounting. They were quick to get these issues foxed in a timely manner and the work was done correctly. I have nothing but good service with CPMI.
