They don't want to comply with the ADA Disabilities Act. What a slum lord when you ask for fixes to meet the ADA guidelines she wants to evict you or says "They will not renew our lease the building has several issues. So they are the same was with the housing issues they don't want to fix anything properly. I complained about rusty metal nails, screws, & broken glass. The metal was picked up but the glass still remains. Not safe for customers who want to gain access to the shops in back. The wheelchair ramp is the improper grade as it is to steep and no railsin back and in the lobby to where the surface is uneven (trip or fall hazard) If customers come in back I feel that that there is not enough lighting in back. Again safety issues. This is coming from someone who work as an Safety Officer in the U.S.Navy for years. The only thing I want done is to make this place safe for all people Disabled or not. They also expect the handicap renters to park in back and walk all the way around to the front of the building. Do to the back entrances are unable for wheelchairs and walkers.

This has been a nightmare - I am a property owner who hired Kathy to manage a rental property when I separated from the Marines. She was aware of the time and money put into the landscaping to minimize maintanence along with grass in the backyard for a family to enjoy.

After renting the property a previous tenant let the grass die and Kathy kept the deposit to repair the yard, I was told. The latest tenant moved out a few months ago and in the most recent pictures (you can view in photos), there is no grass and no explanation as to where the deposit money went. When I brought this to her attention she said, "Grass cannot grow on sand." Once I provided pictures of the yard as it was when she took possession of the home (Also in photos) she offered to have her husband repair the yard and she would guarantee it would grow. Clearly, that is not an option.

She will not return the deposit money to repair the yard and I am currently trying to rent the property which is making it extremely difficult. If you consider hiring Kathy to manage your property, please beware as she has taken advantage of me and, honestly, I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on my worst enemy.
