We have lived here for a little over 3 years now and absolutely love our little community! The park is well maintained and always clean. Management is amazing and enforces the rules so our park stays beautiful. We have a pool, basketball courts, a playground for the kids and a nice dog park for our furry babies to safely run and play! My neighbors are absolutely amazing and we watch out for one another. If you are looking for a safe place to raise a family, I highly recommend this place!

Lived here two months and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Well kept community and a great place to raise your family on the outskirts of tulare. Great Management enforces rules to keep it up to its high standards. Moving here was the best decision I’ve ever made. 10/10

Giving 5 stars only so my comment can be seen easily. The park is ok but cmon, the management easily cancels out any nice amenities the park has to offer. Stop towing good people's cars for random reasons. No one is blocking the road, or taking up another tenants space, so why the fuss If you're looking for a worthwhile place to live, look elsewhere

Beware of the parking nazi’s!
Visiting somebody may cost over $500 ,
But of course the “management” can do anything , because the make the rules, there is no consideration for handicapped people or exemptions when it comes to the parking spaces they sure “ manage” the towing like a pro, Shame on the owner and manager!
What ever happened to kindness?
Why don’t you get so tough on drug dealers on the park?
Of improve the playground so is safer for kids?

I lived here with my family from April 2013 to May 2022. I never felt safer and as if I was in a gated and caring community. I loved my time there and was so happy. I had NO complaints. My kiddos were happy and we'd still be there had we not outgrown our unit. Thank you Ottie for taking careof us as you did. It's not an easy task to make decisions for EVERYONES best interest and to keep Country Estates being the living community I will always love and cherish. Best to you all there and to you Ottie for listening when I had concerns and needs

I used to have a friend or two that lived here years ago...it was almost a place of embarrassment. Pot hole roads. Mobile homes scattered over some field in the middle of nowhere.
I went there yesterday on an errand. The place has changed dramatically! It is very nice looking. Paved roads, homes in organized spaces, pool for swimming. Kudos!

Management is Rude and if she don't like you she will harass you. Can't Park Anywhere but by the pool or you will get towed. So if you like having Guest or privacy i do NOT recommend moving here.

No one should pay 500 bucks for one month of electricity. All new appliances and setting in the dark ,but still have a 500$ bill after care. This place wants to take what you have and will not help with the situation they’ve created. The manager is rude as hell and don’t care at all about what ppl think. She has your car towed if it’s out in front of your own home. She said it’s a fire lane. That is not a fire lane. There’s requirements to make it a fire lane and what they pull is not it. The managers husband is the real estate agent here as well. The homes he’s selling don’t sale. This whole place is a scam.
