I've moved from many places, after only a year..
But I've been a resident here for around 10 years..
Stephanie & Rhonda are excellent, at this point, when it comes down to doing their job, like they know how to..
They are irreplaceable assets, to the function & operation, of
Country Club Apts, @Kamson Corporation..
Everything always gets fixed here in timely fashion.. as there's probably budgets, but it all gets done quickly..
They are working very hard, on the upkeep & appearance of the property.. & I love the great job resulting..

Ronda is great a nice to talk to. She is a good agent.

After seeing the apartment, I decided against staying there because the apartment itself felt dreary and did not look good. When asking if I would get my $300 deposit back, if I decided against moving in, I was told I would get it back. However, the next day when I asked how I could get my money back, I was told I could no longer get it back.

In the emails regarding the deposit they fail to emphasize that’s it’s a non-refundable deposit as well.

Don’t do anything with this place unless you’re really sure you want to live there.

I rented this apartment long distance & sight unseen. Stephanie and Ronda were so nice and so helpful. When I arrived the apartment was in excellent condition. I have been here a few months now. I have had a couple of maintainence requests and they always respond quickly & get the job done. I am very happy living here.

Between Mosquitoes, Bees, and cockroaches living in the apartment you also have to deal with the terrible humidity that gets stuck at the top floor apartments. Air conditioning doesn’t help at all, it gets close to 80 degrees in the apartment. Walls are paper thin. WAY TOO OVERPRICED FOR THIS uncomfortable experience.

Compared to a previous apartment complex in the area that I had dealt with a few years ago, Country Club is awesome! Apartments are spacious. We had the option to get an additional parking spot which was awesome, it comes at a small fee but definitely worth it if you have multiple people who drive in your apartment. My previous apartment complex had no assigned parking which was an awful set up. Stephanie in the leasing office is amazing. She made the process of switching over our lease SEAMLESS and answered all of my questions, which there were a ton of! She is always quick to get maintenance out if needed. If you are looking for an apartment in the area definitely check out Country Club!

No parking for guests, cars will be towed. And you have to pay for additional parking, one free parking space per apartment. No storage for seasonal things, if anything is stored outside you will be fine. Walls are paper thin, don’t have a night job, or small children who need to sleep you can hear the Neighbors like there in the same room.
