Okay well first the washers are always broken I moved into the apartments with my mom and the carpets in both our two bedroom were stained every where! Every inch there was a new stain. Our tiles were broken to the point they were coming out and it took forever to get them fixed then when they fixed them they didn’t use cement they used caulk. We asked for our carpets to be replace as they should be after every renter and they told us we would have to sign another years lease if we wanted them fixed even though we asked 2 months before we even moved in. I tried to talk to the lady about my tile and she called me a liar and hung up on me in the middle of me trying to talk to her and I called her back no anwser. If you get a good apartment I’m sure you will have no problems because they are nice (if there are no problems with them in the first place) but other then that would not recommend! And they tried calling us asking if we wanted to move to a different apartment not professional.

Quite terrible. Lived there for 6 months and never once did anyone address the issues that I brought up to them. I constantly filed complaints through the online tenant portal about rats, mice, cockroaches, scorpions, centipedes and earwigs. Never received a response. When I told the owner about this indiscretion, he told me that I was lying and that they always respond to complaints. 60% if the washers and dryers are “temporarily” out of order. More like permanently. They’ve been like that the whole time I lived there and only more of them broke and were never repaired. So yeah, find a different place unless you’re desperate.

Apts are decent age and good value, considering local rents. On-site mgmt sometimes get busy, but are responsive to concerned out of state owners. Laundry equip could be better.

Over priced, they want $875 + $700 deposit on a 451sq feet apartment you can get a actual one bedroom for that amount else where with more square footage for your money.
