Cory went above and beyond to help me find my dream home! I was selling my townhouse at the same time, and he made sure everything was coordinated so that I wouldn’t have to worry about being homeless in between. Such a relief! This market is TOUGH and he went the extra mile - responding to my texts quickly at all times of day/night, making sure my offers were competitive, and most of all helping me manage my stress! Cory worked as my realtor as I was buying my house that I had been renting. He was easy to work with, responsive to texts, and very helpful as this was the first home I had purchased on my own. Cory handled the correspondence with the seller's realtor which was a huge relief as the seller's realtor was difficult to communicate with. He carefully walked me through the process never making me feel ignorant. Cory easily handled scheduling appointments with the home inspector and appraiser around my busy work schedule. Finally, Cory was very congratulatory after house closing making it feel as if we were a team working together. Not only would I recommend Cory as a realtor, but when it is time to sell, I'll be calling him again.

My husband and I were looking for a parcel of land on which to build our future home. We found a great parcel, but seemingly lost out on the bid to a cash offer. However, because Cory was smart enough to keep tabs and stay in the loop, we were able to move quickly once we found out that the cash offer had backed out and ultimately secured our preferred purchase.
