Roi and his team are so helpful and lovely! Applying was a breeze and the apartment was so clean when I moved in! Also, when I accidentally locked myself out on move-in day, Roi was able to get me back inside within the hour! So happy with my new apartment and neighborhood!

First time moving to NY and Roi and his team were incredibly helpful. We went through about a dozen of agents and the level of kindness and guidance that this team provided was unmatched. All the properties shown to us by this group were very beautifully maintained, and the management relationship was very great. If you want well maintained properties, def this group prioritizes that. The entire leasing and signing process was very smooth and organized. Communication was very efficient with this team. And the management company that they use is very on top of everything. When I start looking again next year, I will definitely be working with the team again.

Roi showed us the apartment we ended up renting and he was very responsive and quick. In New York, so frequently realtors could not care less about renters and treat people as disposable. Roi was attentive. When the current tenant tried to cancel the showing last minute, Roi acted quick and contacted the landlord to reverse this change. It was thanks to that we saw the apartment and ended up submitting an application immediately after. Highly recommend!
