I had my niece try to find out some info about this property that I want to purchase and neither this agency nor I can get ahold of the listing agent they have no information on whether the property is still for sale no info on basically anything. The listing agent declines simple calls, requests texts to then ignore them. Don't hire Ayo Agbejimi. Hopefully the property is sold already and they just don't update any of their listings.

Worked with Pamela Munoz while trying to get a 2br apartment and she was completely unprofessional. Giving us dates and pushing it back, at one point she didn’t show up at all to a schedule appointment to look at the apartment after we’d cancel all plans to see it. Once we got there and realized she wasn’t there after waiting for 30mins we called and she told us she was at a different appointment and we can’t check out the place. Working with her was a complete waste of time and money. She just kept pushing the time back more and more making more and more excuses and eventually we just had enough. We called and went to their office to receive back the deposit money we were justifiably frustrated by the whole process and to make things worse she wasn’t there she was on another call so I asked to speak to a manager and after 30mins of waiting the manager came with nasty attitude and even at one point told us to wait outside and she’ll come give us the check back. All I wanted was my application back because they dispose of them in unprofessional ways, instead of shredding it they just place it in a garbage can and I wasn’t comfortable with that method since all my information and social security number was on those papers. the manager even threatened to call the cops because we were unwilling to wait outside in the cold for the application. Don’t waste your time or money on this unprofessional place, there’s much better options than here.

Just moved in a few months ago and I really enjoy the apartment. This 2 bed 2 bath is beautiful and area is also great. On the other hand, maintenance is horrible, washing mashing needs replacing and Management will do nothing about it. They take forever to replace common area lights and allows the garbage area pile up for days before having a company pickup, including furniture are left out for weeks or months to be disposed off. Office staff need lots of improvement and professionalism. I have to include that my water heater stopped working sent an email with no response, sent text with a questionable response, handyman looked at it, needed parts will return, but was delayed 4 days and still not fixed. This place deserves a 5 star, but Management needs to earn it..

A friend told me about this company and after reading some of the reviews I was skeptical. When I got there the office was nice and the people very friendly. I explained to them that i was from out of town and needed to move immediately. They gave me a list of apartments to choose from and within in a week I was in my apartment. I'm happy that I didn't let the reviews deter me or I'll probably still be looking. Anyone looking to move immediately I will definitely recommend them. Amazing team!!!!!

Been here in one of their apartment and it's been pleasant. I have not had any problems. Otherwise it's great. I love it, love my apartment. Love everything about it. The ladies at the office are respectful and polite, they do asses matters in a quick timely manner. And Jack is real good and such a nice individual. Thanks Cornerstone Realty! You guys Rock!

This is one of the worse realtor companies I know, save yourself the hassle. They told me they would have an apartment ready for me Aug15 and when I arrived an unskilled painter was there panting. Once I spoke with Jack he gave me the run around and I was out of 2000 dollars. Please do not ever go to this HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! The houses are substandard I was upset that once I gave my money they were no longer interested in costumer satisfaction. This place lacks communication and you will have to take them to court if you want matters resolved.

Michelle Peters is a broker for this company, completely unprofessional, uncommunicative, and rude. I looked at an apartment in the beginning of this month, I was told a specific price and that heat/water would be included in the rent. I can understand if you're busy, but let me know. I've been trying for the past two weeks to get the paperwork done and had a deadline on Friday 4 PM which she agreed she would have everything done by. She didn't send in the needed paperwork until last night (Sunday) at 9:30 PM and has the audacity to tell me that I have to sign and send the same day. The lease was incomplete, did not have her or the landlord's information filled out and I noticed the rent was raised an extra $25 and I would be paying practically all of the utilities except "cold water". When I called her this morning about it she gave me a BS excuse that the owner wants more money, why wasn't notified? As I'm trying to figure out why, her rebuttal simply was, "if you can't pay that, I have other clients that can". Very sneaky and unethical on her part to try an get more money. I would NOT work with her again or bother referring anyone to this company.
