We have scheduled a showing twice in a row for a house. Both times a hour before the showing it was canceled for a “emergency” or “sickness” you call and try and talk to someone it’s an answering service. Yet to receive a call back from the “legit” company. Definitely seems like a scam.

We just renewed our lease with Cornerstone—our first year of living here has been great. We’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests and each one was handled promptly and adequately. I have never had such a simple and stress free renting experience before! I wish they had more properties within our price range because we would stick with Cornerstone until it’s time for us to move on to a mortgage!

Cornerstone is the best rental company I’ve ever had. Maintenance was always quick. The staff is super friendly and responsive. Kirill, the rental manager, is especially helpful; he goes above and beyond to make sure residents get what they need.

I filled out an application, even toured the home, and was told they would contact me the next week. I have never heard back from them, and I have tried multiple times to contact them. Answering one email would have been great. I could have moved on looked at other homes, and talked to other people. Basically, took my application, took money, and then never got back to me. Bad service, no communication, and hopefully others won’t go to them.

Cornerstone managed my largest complex for 2 years and continue to do so today. I never had any tenant issues and they were reasonable, professional and tenant centered. If I had any other properties in the area, I would hire them in a heartbeat.

Terrible property management. They don’t address ANY problems that come up. My house has had leaky windows for months now still no new windows. Bath tub leaks and comes out of the sealing into my sink.... still no repair. We think there is mold and my girlfriend is 9 months pregnant. They won’t return phone calls and won’t lower our rent till things are fixed. There will be a lawsuit filed soon if things don’t change
