When the lease of my store was up, I needed a new space very quickly, I went on LoopNet to look for spaces, it was a Saturday at about 10AM in the middle of summer, I submitted a request for info on a space, within an hour I got a call from Nick, I was surprised how quickly I got a return call from Nick at Corbett and Dullea. That’s pretty much describe how diligent my entire process of finding a new space with Nick, he worked tirelessly showing me countless spaces, including 2 spaces we submitted an offer, but fell thru, but he never gave up, finally he found the perfect space for us and able to negotiated and signed the lease within 2 weeks.

We worked with Corbett & Dullea Real Estate to find a new Brownstone in Brooklyn, and couldn't have been happier with the service we were given. Nicholas Dullea the owner of the company was our broker and he was great every step of the way. We were first time buyers and Nick patiently explained the entire sales process to us so that we were very comfortable when we finally found the perfect house.
The house needed a little work so Nick was able to negotiate a great price for us. And then he referred us a an excellent contractor who did a phenomenal job with some cosmetic renovation in a few rooms.
