I’ve been living here for 9 months. For the first couple of months everything was good, besides not having close to any heat. Then one day I discovered a roach in the kitchen, and it freaked me out. The next day I seen more, and immediately went to the office to award them of the problem. They came in for a “treatment”. Expressed to me that it clearly wasn’t coming from my apartment & they told neighbors to clean up. So about two weeks later they did a follow up but the problem still accured. Within only 5-6 months living there, they did a “ treatment” about 4 times. And still I’m seeing roaches but now they’re appearing in the bathroom, lining closet, and now room. Last week i went to the office to stress again about the roaches that seems to continue to make their way to my apartment. Because they made it clear it wasn’t coming from mines. But it’s obvious the people that’s living next door is dirty. But yet I have to suffer. I’m very uncomfortable and to mention embarrassing if I have company. I’m a very clean person and it’s a shame to have to consistent worry about every time I turn the lights on, there’ll be a ride awakening. When a spoke to the lady in the office, she make it seem like it’s normal and even said she seen one in her apartment. I honestly felt like she was insulting my intelligence by acknowledging that it’s a seasonal issue. I’ve lived in an apartment for most my life and NEVER had an issue with roaches until I moved here. Roaches clearly comes from being unsanitary, and not because of the weather. She also mentioned how it’s just “an apartment thing”. Like really Please, please DO NOT move here.

the supervisor is very rude, there are roaches and mice everywhere, the neighbors are loud and nosy. If you have a problem, you call the office to report it and they don't solve anything. They are only interested in charging tenants.even calling an exterminator, roaches are still a problem

I have been to this apartment before because I know people that live there and yes this place is infested with roaches. I would never recommend anyone to live there. I spent the night at my friends house one night. It was the first and last time!! You have been warned.

Place is very conveniently located.train station and bus stop are walking distance.maintenance office staff members are extremely polite helpful and walk the extra mile to keep residents comfortable and maintain the property spick and span.service staff employees attend to calls and complaints at jet speed.its a place to live royal and at affordable rent .
