I only gave 1 star because 0 is not an option. Don’t be fooled by how nice these apts look. They are roach infested & management says they don’t spray for bugs. What kinda mess is that Did not mention any of that during the lease signing. I asked if they had roaches they said no. I have seen soo many roaches it’s ridiculous. Soo mad I signed this lease!!!

I am a current tenant and have nothing but good things to say about the Coolidge Station Apartments. Brenda Britton is an amazing Manager who will go above and beyond to help you in any situation. My work orders are always completed when requested by a very professional maintenance man.
