Somehow my review was lost. I had previously rented from Conway Property Group, prior to moving into the house I’m in now. I had a great business relationship with Katelynn, the property manager, so I thought moving would be easy with no hiccups. I was wrong!! I asked to move to a different home that would accommodate my mother’s needs, as well as mine. The first place I moved into was brand new, so I thought the transition would be easy. When we initially looked at the house, it had just been vacated. We expected it to not be clean with cosmetic damages. We overlooked that and decided on this house. We signed the lease electronically, so we didn’t see the house again until move-in. On move-in day, we went to the office to pick up keys. We were also given an inventory checklist at that time. We were assured by Katelynn that the home was clean and ready to move in. She mentioned to us that the cleaner (Karen) was mad at her family member, so she went to clean the morning of move-in. My mom and I jokingly said to Katelynn, “since she’s mad, the house should be spotless.” We stopped by Walmart to get a few cleaning products to freshen the house up. When we walked in, the house smelled like brown pine sol and pets. Very unwelcoming scent!! I immediately called Katelynn to let her know we weren’t pleased with the filthy condition of the home. She was planning to send Karen back that evening to “clean what she forgot.” She also offered to put the ozone machine in the house to get rid of the smell. That wouldn’t be an option because we had ended our lease with the previous place we rented. My mom met Karen at the house and I stayed behind with the movers. Karen stated that she would come by that Saturday to clean. When she arrived Saturday, she had a spray bottle of Dawn and one rag. She went through with us and changed the date to clean once again. My mom became so frustrated that we decided to explore other options for cleaning. The home needed a DEEP CLEAN! When I told Katelynn that the home was uninhabitable and how filthy it was, she asked me to send pictures. I asked if they go behind cleaners and maintenance to prevent these types of problems and she said no. It’s one thing to move in behind someone you know who’s filthy (still unacceptable!!), but we moved in behind strangers into a filthy home. The inventory checklist was full of flaws. Broken fence, hole in the wall, stove/microwave doesn’t work properly, blinds were not the correct length, dirty baseboards and ceiling, ceiling fan blades, etc. When inquiring about them cleaving the ceiling, walls and baseboards, we were told that they don’t normally do that. Please do a walkthrough prior to moving in. It’ll save you so much trouble in the future. It’s been one frustrating situation! We’ve been dismissed so many times as if our hard earned money was worth being wasted, and we had to accept whatever goes on with CPG. Think long and hard before choosing this company!!

I don't want to post this for fear of eviction because that's what they do, but truth should be known. This company has zero respect or concern for this tenant. Read below:

1. Changing locks without notification when they bought our property we were current renters. I xame home couldn't get in my home.
2. Tried to evict me when parents died and had to leave house in a mess to travel. They entered house without notifying then they said we were too messy.
3. Their "crew" do not knock when enter property and came in while wife was getting out of shower.
4. AC unit down about two weeks and still not fixed in the middle of hottest summer. They lie over and over when repairs are coming.

The previous property manager was horrible. The new one is at least friendly. However, if there’s anything wrong, it’s hard to get ahold of them as well as they take their time getting things fixed or replaced. It took our ac not working AT ALL for almost two months in the middle of the summer for them to finally replace it.

I have had no issues with Conway Property Group. I moved in my home in January and no issues with getting approved no issues with my move in Process. I recently had a maintenance request I submitted it at 6am and by 10am someone was knocking at my door to fix my issue. Over all great Company

The property I currently live in has been owned my multiple different groups in all the years I’ve lived here. Conway property group took over and surpassed them all! Helpful anytime we’ve needed them. They have reached out to check on things multiple times and always give advanced notice if they need to do something at the house. I would recommend them

These guys actually get it. Communication is great.
Katelynn goes above and beyond to make sure that any issues are resolved and her tenants are happy.

It's such peace of mind, especially here in renter-beware Arkansas, where landlords have very few rules to follow and legal obligations to their tenants.

I love the new construction and interior styling, but it's still a rental and you can tell that some corners were cut during construction; my biggest complaint is that we could have used a few more branch circuits upstairs - a single 15A for half the living space is not enough.

This property management company made my move in process so easy! The leasing consultants and property manager answered all my questions and fixed my small maintenance issue in a great timely manner. They have great communication. They truly try to do things right and care for their tenants!
