This has been one of the easiest and best experiences we have ever had listing our home.
As a father of six children- two in wheelchairs- I have to say what a blessing this was to find an easy way to list our home without having to pay a full commission.
Anyone that’s sold a home in the past will know and understand what a huge benefit it is having access to such a great tool.
Our family was fortunate enough to sell to a buyer without an agent and saved well over $24,000!!! As opposed to listing the traditional way.
The support they offered was easy to use and understand. We offered 2.5% to a selling agent. The appointments were easy to set up. We opted to list in an extra Multiple Listing Service which we thought would give us extra exposure for only a few bucks more.

I've been a licensed realtor since 2008 but not in NH. I'm guardian for a disabled person and need to sell their condo. I already have the courts permission. I've been trying to list for sale by owner for a week now and Continental fell quite short of my expectations. I sent a question regarding how they want me to sign but got an answer that was irrelevant to my situation. I've tried to call 3x and can't get anyone on the phone as their system "doesn't recognize" the option selected (that they set for sellers). I went to my seller dashboard that they set up and hit "email us" well the only thing you can put there is your name then it sends without allowing you to write an actual message. After a weeks frustration, I sent a message (through a different email link) and told them to just cancel because they have me as the seller when actually the owner is the seller. Amazingly the owner called me about 15 min later. I explained that I wanted to cancel because if I'm struggling to communicate and can't get through, I can't imagine any possibly buyers will have a good experience. The broker was rude, totally focused telling me I wasn't having the issues I'd been experiencing! Like what? I'm not delusional. Then she starts telling me what documents I need to send her. I finally asked her what part of if I can't get through to communicate with you I don't want to do business with you do you not understand? A big huff and sigh, then fine we will just have to cancel and she hung up. Hello, have you ever heard of customer service? It doesn't include talking over people or rudeness.

Getting someone on the phone here is the single worst experience I’ve had in months. Simply want to make an offer on a listing and you can’t get their agents on the phone.

- Continental Real Estate posted my home for sale with 2 MLS services in March 2019. Previously to dealing with them I obtained a only few Zillow hits each day. By 1 pm on the second day Continental obtained a spectacular amount of 149 hits. Their staff expended great effort in making certain my listing receives best results, and carefully guided me through the listing process. It is comforting to know that there still exist organizations that care about their customers.

So you want to save money? You want to avoid paying a listing brokers commission? Well, then you have to do a little bit of work. Continental makes it pretty easy and you will save thousands as long as you price your home right.

I have to say, my experience was completely unlike some of these reviewers. Nothing but professional service from a friendly and helpful staff. I Highly Recommend.

We were completely satisfied with the services that Continental Real Estate Group provided to us. Their efforts on our behalf were greatly appreciated and well worth the fee that we paid. As members of the older generation, we struggle with technology - scanning, uploading, downloading, JPEG (?), pdf, etc. - but their staff was always prompt, courteous, helpful and patient. We greatly appreciate that among other things. A special thanks to Christine who gently and kindly steered us through to a successful closing. I used them for a Flat Fee MLS and they were terrific. Easy to handle everything on their client portal and they extremely responsive when I needed them. Not only would I use them again, I'd recommend them to anyone. Just know that to use this service you have to be on top of things, you need to change your listing as necessary, provide them with additional information, etc.

They botched the true square footage of my home and when you bring it to their attention they argue with you about changing it. I know more about homes and construction being a carpenter for 30 plus yrs then they'll ever know, I built the home, took out the permits and know first hand what the square footage is! Changes take days to accomplish by them, it's like their trying to sabotage my listing.
