I had to write this review for the people that works hard for a living, maybe have to work weekends, overtime and pay full rent out-of-pocket and all you want is a spot to come to and relax and rest so you can get up the next day and do the same. I saw Jessica C review and I experienced much of the same and I'm a Man by-the-way so it doesn't just happen to Women. I also was forced out of my apartment due to a extremely noisy neighbor. Just like Jessica C, I complained numerous times to the office and even the police. Nothing was done except some "letter" that would be sent to the neighbor and she knew nothing would be enforced so it continued. I was also asked to stop calling the police as my issue wasn't considered important. I had to sleep around her schedule meaning if she left her apartment, I better go lay down and try to sleep because if she was home? I couldn't get any sleep. Literally one of my worst experiences ever and I hate moving, so to have to move over something I had no control over and after only 3yrs and it would of been only 2 if it wasn't for Covid and me hoping she was leaving. I was severely inconvenienced therefore you get this review and this rating.

I lived here from July 2018-August 2022, I never had an issue living there and even when moving from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. I would like to think I was an unproblematic tenant I never had a late payment, minded my business, and I recommended other military members to the property, that receive housing allowance that would be able to guarantee on time payments. Yet when I moved out I had so much trouble with the leasing office, they were rude and unprofessional when I informed them of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) stating that I was allowed to break lease due to my end of Active Duty service. They strongly disagreed in a manner that was unprofessional and told me I had to pay for breaking the lease. Unfortunately, this had to be resolved with lawyers and their guidance.
Additionally, Do not move here if you want to deal with petty move out fees and if you want majority of your security deposit lost. I used the command stickers to avoid hole damage and the wall didn’t cooperate, so I got charged for stickers on wall because I didn’t want to leave a bunch of holes, I got charged for double painting for some dark spots because of working a mechanical job and you can’t clean the walls the “paint” literally comes off, the paint job was poorly done and I got charged for a dirty oven even though it’s centuries old and was dirty when we got it, plus we tried cleaning it for hours but the stains wouldn’t be removed. Take pictures and annotate everything. Not to mention, when I applied for a new apartment they asked for rental payment history and I gave them Lucia Parker’s email. They contacted Lucia Parker and allegedly she told them of our issues and they wanted my military orders on record. Although, it was not a requirement for my rental application.

While we didn’t end up taking an apartment here (due to personal reasons), the leasing managers and staff were very kind and helpful in answering questions and helping us complete our application. We hope to apply again in the future since this complex has reasonably priced apartments and wonderful staff.

Been living here for about 3 years. In my opinion it’s a good spot. All the people I’ve dealt with in the office have been accommodating and helpful. Personally I have never had an issue with maintenance, I request through the app and they are there when I schedule it no problems. Neighbors are all cool and respectful. Considering the price and the location I think you get exactly what you pay for. As I live on the south side and cannot vouch for the updated north side units.

Been living here for about a month now. The maintenance is always helpful. There is a lot of parking spaces so you’ll almost always have a spot (at least where my building is). Mailboxes are close by. There is only one laundry unit on the south side apartments which kind of sucks because I have to drive over there but it’s not the end of the world. It’s not a perfect apartment complex, but it is good for the price. The walls and floors are very thin though so expect to hear your neighbors all the time. We’re lucky enough to only have one neighbor we can hear but even then it gets pretty loud. I do wish they would maintain the basketball court and actually have the pool be accessible because that would be really nice in the summer.

Possibly the worst apartment complex to live in. No care towards their tenants in anyway. The "maintenance" is absolutely horrible and they could care less about quality. Good luck in the winter. Guaranteed to not be able to leave if you have to go to work because they don't plow and watch out for black ice. I've lived here for 7 years unfortunately and that's coming to an end soon. Your response to my negative review just only proves my point to how unprofessional you are. Instead of you calling your tenants and adress their concerns come back with a petty response. I renewed my lease last month because I'm not ready to move out of state yet and this economy is doing well. Still doesn't change the fact that you're maintenance is horrible. I'll be glad to post pictures and the maintenance records and the emails I sent due to poor maintenance since that's the response you want to leave.
