My landlord switched to this supposed company and their service is terrible. Not only was my sister hung up on they told her she wasn’t allowed to interrupt or ask questions or they would no longer be talking to her. When a pipe burst on Christmas Day they took a week to fix it then told also we were responsible for cleaning up the water that had leaked inside and destroyed the carpet. The dishwasher broke nearly a year ago and the washing machine broke after new years none of the appliances have been fixed. When asked when they were going to fix them they told us appliances weren’t covered under the lease. When previously it was. They have sent numerous maintenance people out who charge $85 to look at the appliances and we have not been reimbursed or compensated for these charges. Then they tell us they are increasing the rent to $1650 but refuse to fix anything within the house. They also told us the dishwasher was $600 dollars to fix and they didn’t want to pay that. We have tried calling numerous times but they refuse to answer our calls. This place is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to them. At this point I’m thinking of just letting the courts deal with it. The people we have been talking to are Bailey and Gina. Gina is the so called manger who hung up on my sister.

In response to the reply from the company my dishwasher is still broken and hasn’t worked in a year and the washing machine is also still broken so that’s why I’m headed to the laundromat today to dry my clothes. So what is your reply to that I can provide email proof asking what is the eta for these things being fixed.
