The worst. Now a slum lord situation. In my time living there, they did NOTHING to stop sewage from flooding my apartment for over 5 years other than unclogging the pipes and leaving rotted carpet behind or ripping it up, only to serve an option to vacate to gain control of the unit. Good luck to the next victim.
Make sure you have the city evaluate your water and the plumbing system before considering.

Rented through concord for two years. They were professional, responded quickly and efficiently to any issues or work orders. Would recommend them to anyone renting or needing property management. Ended relationship due to a move away from the area. Super friendly staff as well !!

I rented from Concord for three years and had an absolutely positive experience all around. They were quick to send maintance requests when necessary and have reasonable rates. I rented from Eric at Concord on Tate St for three years and never had any issues. Always sent maintenance when needed. They’re probably the most trustworthy people to rent from in Greensboro, especially good for Graduate students.

I've been with Concord Management since December 2015 (8 years) and if I could give this company a million stars I would. Concord Management is compassionate, caring and they handle issues/concerns with urgency. They truly care about their tenants. Rent is very reasonable and I have never had to worry about a drastic increase. I love my apartment, it's charming, historic, but does have its issues since this building is 100+ years old which is to be expected, however; I can count on one hand (a few fingers really) how many issues I've had over the years. I highly recommend moving into a property managed by Concord Management. I plan on moving soon because my needs have changed and I hope I can stay with Concord Management for as long as I'm living in this area. I love them just that much! Thank you Eric, Phyllis and the Concord Management team for delivering such amazing service. I'm truly grateful.

The Concord Management team was a pleasure to work with! I stayed in my apartment they managed for nearly 2 years. Never had an issue with the apartment or Concord team. If there was service needed it was always handled quickly and accommodated my work schedule very well. You will not be disappointed staying in a Concord Management Property!

Eric has been an amazing help with my first time apartment rental. I was met with nothing but kindness and understanding, everything was thoroughly explained through our rental agreement and every outreach I've was answered quickly. It was affordable, clean, and well managed. An overall good experience renting with Concord.
